开槽法测试结构工作应力的有限元分析*

(冶金工业部安全环保研究院 武汉 430081)[提要] 通过实验和有限元分析,研究了开槽法测试结构不变工作应力的可行性,根据有限元计算结果分析了开槽深度和槽间距与应力释放率和应力集中系数之间的关系,提出了采用开槽法测试结构工作应力时应选择的合理开槽深度和槽间距。
[关键词] 开槽法 工作应力 有限元分析Based on experimental research, a finite element analysis to inspect constant working stresses of structures by grooving method is presented. It clearly shows that the stress release rate and the stress concentration coefficient depend on not only the depth of grooves but also the distance between grooves. At last, the reasonable depth and distance are given.
