高层剪力墙结构墙体间距方案比较研究

(总参工程兵第四设计研究院 北京 100850)[提要] 通过对两栋(14层条型楼和26层点式楼)钢筋砼高层剪力墙结构不同横墙间距方案对结构的抗地震性能、力学反应和材料用量等的影响以及各自的优缺点等的分析比较,探讨了不同平面形状的剪力墙结构横墙间距的最佳配置问题,并在此基础上提出了可供实际设计参考的合理建议。
[关键词] 高层剪力墙结构 墙体间距 结构分析The influence of different intervals of transverse wall on seismic performance, mechanical response and building material consumption are analyzed through two typical reinforced concrete high-rise shear wall structures. The optimum arrangement of the intervals of transverse wall with different plan forms are dicsussed. Some reasonable suggestions are proposed for the practical design of high-rise shear wall structures.
