(东南大学土木系 南京 210096)[提要] 将目前国内先进的预应力理论与技术应用于一幢28层高层建筑中,建立并研究了预应力扁梁框-剪结构体系;提出有粘结与无粘结相结合的预应力双筋梁抗爆新结构;将大跨无粘结预应力连续地基梁用作抗浮结构。为今后进一步发展及推广预应力新技术提供了参考。
[关键词] 预应力 扁梁 框-剪结构 预应力 抗爆 无粘结预应力 连续梁The advanced theory and technique of the prestressed concrete structure are applied to a highrise building of twenty-eight storeys. The main achievements are as follows:establishing and studying the prestressed concrete widened beam frame-shear wall structure system; using the bonded and unbonded doubly pre stressed beam to resist the explosion; employing the large span unboned prestressed continuous beam as a resisting water-buoyancy structure. Valuble data and reference for prestressing technique are presented.
