现浇砼屋面砖混房屋顶层墙体温度裂缝控制*

[提要]  由于砼与砖砌体的线膨胀系数相差一倍,在温度作用下,现浇砼屋面的砖混房屋顶层墙体很容易产生裂缝。将房屋顶层端部设计成抗侧移墙体,通过控制墙体的抗侧移刚度消除温度裂缝。理论与实践表明,此办法是行之有效的。

Because the expansion coefficient of concrete is two times as much as that of brick masonry, the temperature cracks occurre easily in the top wall in brick masonry structure. When the top side wall is designed as lateral-displacement-resistant wall, the temperature cracks will be eliminated by controling the lateral rigidity. Theoretical analysis and construction practice show that this measure is effective.
