底层框-剪结构超高砖房的抗震设计探讨

[提要]  针对当前建筑市场对大空间底层框架砖房的超高设计需求,从规范要求出发,引进高层建筑中结构转换层的设计概念,提出了底层采用框架一剪力墙体系,来突破原有规范对底框砖房限制。并从一、二层结构抗震承载能力相匹配的角度出发,初步讨论了二层与底层的合理侧移刚度比值的范围,同时也讨论了二层现浇钢筋砼楼板的设计方法。

At present, super-height brick-concrete buildings with the large-space and frame structure at first story are often required.ln order to avoid the limit of height by the Code of Building Aseismatic Design, the concept of transformation story from high-rise buildings and frame-shear wall on the first story is intro-duced. According to the coordination of the aseismatic capacity of the first and second story structure, the ratio of lateral stiffness between the second and first story and the design method of the cast-in-situ R.C: on the second floor are discussed.
