[提要] 对《混凝土结构设计规范》GBJ10 - 89的受弯构件弯曲刚度公式进行推导化简，得出矩形截面梁的短期刚度和长期刚度的实用计算公式，可供设计参考使用。

By deducing and simplifying the formulas for structure elements subjected to bending in Code for Con-crete Structure Design(GBJl0 - 89), we obtain the applicable formulas for short-term rigidity and long-term rigidity calculation of rectangular section beam, which can work as references for design.
