[提要]  通过工程应用实例对无粘结预应力技术的设计、施工要点进行了探讨分析；该技术既能有效地控制裂缝的产生，又有可观的经济效果。

This paper analyses the mainpoint of design and construction through the engineering. Using the technology of prestressed concrete with unbonded tendons can not only restrict the occurrence of cracks efficiently, but also get economic results.
