[提要]  讨论了荷载、跨度、截面尺寸对无粘结预应力砼平板和密肋板造价的影响。通过方案评价，得出了构件适宜的跨高比，提出了两种楼面结构体系的适用范围。

This paper discussed the influence of load, span, sectional dimensions on the cost of flat-plate and waffle-flat plate. According to plan evaluation, the appropriate span-depth ratios of structural elements were given. At last, the paper advised the application ranges of the two floor systems.
