[提要]  结合南京新世纪广场工程对高强砼预应力桁架转换层结构的性能进行了试验研究，在试验分析的基础上，提出了预应力砼转换桁架的设计建议，为桁架转换层结构的设计和推广应用提供了可靠的实验依据。

Combined with Nanjing New Centry Square Engineering, experimental study on the behaviours of pre-
stressed high strength concrete truss transfer storey structure are carried out. Based on the test results and analysis, the design proposals of prestressed concrete transfer truss are presented, which can provide reli-able experimental verifications for design and wide applications of truss tramsfer storey structure.
