【提要】 阐述了影响实际结构安全的三个阶段（设计、施工、使用），以及影响结构设计安全的三个层次（结构方案、内力分析、截面设计），并通过实例分析了应该注意的事项。目的在于拓宽技术人员对结构安全的全面认识。

Abstract:Three moments including design, construction and use which affect the se
curity of structure as well as three arrangements including structure project, i
nternal force analysis and section design are expatiated. The advertence proceed
ing are analyzed with instance. The purpose is to extend the cognize to the stru
cture security of technologist,which can be reference to structure engineering.
