[提要]  根据几类已建工程的调查统计、分析对比，对与传统设计手法不同的大跨预应力次梁楼盖结构体系的经济合理性做了详细分析，结果表明这种体系方案合理，综合经济效果显著。

The reasonable economics of the floor system including a framing of long-span prestressed girders are minutely anaiysed accorciing to the investigatory statistics and analytical comparison between this floor system and general floor system designed with regular practice. The results show that this floor system is reasonable and remarkable in comprehensive economic,al benefit.
