[提要]  针对压型钢板屋面易于出现的腐蚀和渗漏问题，介绍了影响其抗腐和防水能力的因素，探讨了压型钢板屋面的零配件安装、保温隔热、防火、屋面设计和施工时应注意的问题，并提出了相应的解决办法，供设计时参考。

As anti-corrosion and water leakage of steel roofing is a key issue, this article discusses as and indicates the factors which affect corrosion, water tight as well as the issues concern with insulation, fire proofing, quality of accessories, design of roof system and fixing for reference to designers and contractors.
