[提要]  论述了信息化设计与施工方法，如抗震设计信息技术、强夯地基信息化施工、高层和超高层深基坑设计与支护信息技术。介绍了我国在当前技术条件下所采用的信息技术措施，使工程质量得到提高，控制不均匀沉降与变形在技术规范允许范围之内，而且保证了安全。

Some key substances of the computerized design and construction in dynamic consolidation of ground soil, computerized excavation and shoring design of deep foundation pit for highrise and super-highrise building have been put forward. Under the current conditions of our country, the measures have been taken. As the results, the quality of construction is fine and the uneven settlement and deformation are up to the standard of technical normalization, and alos the safety is guaranteed.
