[提要]  根据宁波市区地基土层分布情况，对宁波市多层及高层建筑常用各种桩型的技术条件、施工对环境的影响以及综合经济效益等因素进行分析比较，并对各种桩型的选型、设计与施工提出了一些有益的建议。

Based on soil distribution in Ningbo city, this paper gives analysis and comparison regarding technical
condition, environmental pollution in construction and economic efficiency in pile foundation of multistory and high-rise building. Furthermore, the useful suggestion are given in type selection of pile foundation, design and construction.
