[提要]  结合笔者在南京地区多项人工挖孔嵌岩灌注桩的设计与试验实践，对目前常用的设计公式作了分析研究，提出了较为实用的单桩竖向承载力的算式及参数，并作了较详细的论述。

On the basis of practices of designing and testing on embedded rock concrete piles with man-made hole adopted in Nanjing District presently, the formulae of calculation are analysed and studied. More useful calculation formulae and parameters are discussed in detail.
