[提要]  基于湘西地区的工程经验和墙体改革的需要，提出一种新型砼空心砌块和由该砌块建造的承重结构及其计算方法，为建立新的计算理论和方法提供参考。

A new small-sized hollow concrete block and grouted masonry structure with this kind of blocks are introduced, also some recommendations of the calculation method on the compressive and strength for this masonry are presented, which can provide reference for designers.
