[提要]  针对教学楼建筑特点，对常用的几种结构型式进行分析比较，并结合工程实例，阐述了在窗间墙两端加受力构造柱的配筋约束砌体的运用及设计方法、构造措施。该结构型式既充分利用了构造柱的强度又改善了砌体结构的抗震性能，具有较强的经济适用性。

Several structural styles of teaching buildings are analysed and compared for common its characteristics. A restrained masonry by setting construction columns in the wall between windows is provided. Some construction details are also introduced through a practical engineering project designing. Not only the strength of construction columns is sufficiently used, but also the aseismic property of the building can be improved by using this structure style.
