[提要]  通过对底层大开间组合墙房屋在静载和水平地震作用下的空间整体分析，研究了纵向框墙梁的受力状态，进而提出了一种纵托梁的简化计算方法。

Under static and horizontal earthquake action, a space structure analysis is made to the composite masonry wall building supported on frame-shear wall structure with large spacing at first story, and the bearing state of longitudinal supporting beam is analyzed, then a simplified design method for longitudinal supporting beam is suggested.
