[提要]  分析了底层大开间框剪、上部小开间组合墙房屋的受力特点，采用串并联多质点弹塑性动力计算程序，分析了房屋的抗震性能及座落在纵向托梁上的横墙的动力响应，得出的结论是这类房屋的抗震性能与底层框剪组合墙房屋相似，可作为底层框剪组合墙房屋来处理。

The bearing characteristics of the composite masonry building supported on frame-shear structure with large spacing at first storey are analyzed. The elasto-plastic time history analysis is conducted by using of the series-parallel multiple mass system. The results show that the earthquake resistant behavior of this kind of building is as good as the similar building but with small spacing of the frame-shear structure at first storey, and can be dealt with the same design code.
