[提要]  主次梁楼盖体系是结构设计时常用的。对主次梁楼盖设计中如何合理布置柱网和选择主、次梁，在框架弹性受力分析和承载力计算时，应如何考虑整浇板的共同工作效应等问题，作者作了概念对比和探讨，可供设计人员参考。

The rational layout of columuns and selection of girders and joists in design of horizontal subsystems, and the consideration about the effect of composite action with casted slab in elastic analysis and strength calculation of framed beams, etc. are discussed with conceptual contrast.
