刚性桩复合地基在高层建筑中的应用

(河北省石油化工规划设计院 石家庄 050051)[提要] 简述了刚性桩复合地基及其工程特性,提供了将其用于超百米高层建筑的工程实例和设计计算方法,成功地用变厚度褥垫层消除了不均匀沉降。提出了采用复合地基尚需考虑的若干问题。刚性桩复合地基与传统桩基相比,经济、环境、社会效益显著。

well as the design calculation method of applying it,in superhigh-rise buildings is provided. The differ-
ential settlement is successfully eliminated with varied thickness mattress layer. Compared with tradi-
tional pile foundation, it has remarkable economic, environmental and social profits.
