[提要]  针对工程地质条件较为复杂的某多层建筑，提出用筏基加水泥土搅拌桩复合地基处理的方案替代设计院建议的采用桩筏基础的方案，并最终取得了良好的工程效果和可观的经济效益。

Considering a multi-layered building on complicated geological condition, author presentd a plan of raft foundation and soil cement stired pile to substitute that of pile and raft foudation, which has achieved good effect and reward.
