[提要]  结合近年来高层建筑筏基设计的工程实践，通过对筏基的分析比较，剖析现行筏基设计计算中存在的问题，提出解决问题的办法及适合现阶段筏基设计的实用计算方法——中点沉降调整法，供设计时参考。

Based on the design practice, the author analyses the properties of tall building raft foundation and points out the existing problems in the design calculation. Also, the practical design methocl is presented.
