[提要]  对建于上海软土地区的“南证大厦”超高层钢筋混凝土框筒的结构设计进行了较为系统的总结。阐述了基础、地下室、上部结构各个设计阶段需要注意的问题，并对超高层建筑采用框筒结构合理与否进行了论述。

The structure design of using reinforced concrete frame core tube in super-highrise building Nanzheng
Mansion in soft soil district of Shanghai is summarized in detail. The problems during every phases in design of foundation, basement and upper structure are introduced, and the feasiblity of frame core tube structure adopted in super-highrise building is discussed.
