(衡阳市建筑设计研究院 421001)[提要] 介绍16m跨高层建筑转换层结构采用预应力混凝土桁架的设计与施工,提出了空间结构转换层和转换层结构与上部框架形成共同受力体系的结构构思,并分析了结构刚度的形成和对结构内力的影响。对预应力束的张拉次数、时期和杆件张拉顺序进行了分析研究,提出了择期一次不对称偏心张拉到位的施工方法。
[关键词] 大跨度 预应力混凝土桁架 空间转换层 受力体系 张拉 不对称偏心张拉This paper introduces the structural design and construction of transfer storey of high-rise building with 16-meter span prestressed concrete truss, and puts forward an idea of space structural transfer storey, which forms a whole force-bearing system with super-frame. The formation of structural stiffness and its effect on the inner force, along with the numbers, time and order of prestressed steel tension, construction method of time-choosing unsymmetrical off-center tension at the same time are analysed.
