屋顶增设铁塔后原有结构抗震性能分析

[提要]  以长沙某高层框架结构办公楼及一通讯用铁塔为研究对象,采用菲线性时程分析法分析了办公楼在屋顶加设铁塔前后的振型、自振周期、内力及位移等变化,针对目前在建和已建建筑物屋顶加铁塔的设计提出了较为合理的设计方法及值得注意的问题,其结论对屋顶增设铁塔的设计有一定的参考价值。

Taking as a case study a tall frame office building in Changsha after the addition of a steel tower to its
roof, author analyses the earthquake resistant behaviour of the tall building before and after the addition of a steel tower by way of non-linear time-hysteresis analysis. Some practical solutions to the problems in current designs after the addition of steel towers to the roofs of built building are put forward. The analysis results are of some value in such designs.
