[提要] 某工程在加固改造过程中，根据实际情况，用结构体系转换的方法对该工程进行加固改造处理，在质量保证、施工费用和施工进度方面取得了较好的效果，可为其它同类工程提供参考。

The transfer method of structural style is taken according to actual conditions in the retrofit and strengthening of an old buiding, the result is satisfactory in quality, cost and speedy operation.The engineering example can be taken for reference in similar projects.
