[提要]  根据服役结构荷载的特点，对服役构件进行了可靠性分析，提出了服役评价期内可变荷载标准值的修正方法和修正系数，为服役构件的分析和加固设计提供了参考依据。

According to the features of the load of existing structures, a reliability analysis for existing structural
members is given.A modified method and coefficient for the nominal value of variable loads are proposed, which provide a reference for the analysis and the strengthening design of existing structural members.
