[提要]  在简要评述薄壁杆件理论的基础上，用薄壁杆件理论分析了钢筋砼剪力墙存在的问题，并以几个算例定量地说明了其模型化误差的大小。

The theory of thin-wall element is briefly reviewed. The problems caused by analyzing the shear walls
with the theory of thin-wall element.are discussed. At last, some examples are given to show the errors
brought about by the simplification of the shear walls into thin-wall elements.
