[提要]  根据建设部在《住宅产业现代化试点技术发展要点》（试行）文件的住宅结构体系部分中对异形柱框轻结构体系的发展、研究规划，扼要介绍了天津市异形柱框轻结构体系的应用和发展，并着重介绍了天津市标准《大开间住宅钢筋混凝土异形柱框轻结构技术规程》（DB29 - 16 - 98）的编制及规程编制主要依据的异形柱框轻结构系列科研成果。

This paper briefly inkoduces the application and development of Lightweight framed structures with special-shaped R.C. columns in Tianjin, according to the "Development and Research Program for Lightweight Framed Structures with Special-shaped Columns of Dwelling Structure Systems",  in document of The Technical Development Essentials for Experiment of Dwelling Industry Modernization, (for Trial Implementation) issued by Ministry of Construction. The compilation of Tianjin, Technical Speciftcation, for hightweight Framed Structures with Special-shaped R.C. Columns of Large Bay Dwelling Houses (DB 29-16-98) and the research achievements, providing the basis of the technical specification, are mainly interpreted.
