故河道地质条件下的高层建筑基础设计

【提要】 武汉市某高层板式住宅的地质情况为故河道,持力层分别为硅质岩层和粉质粘土层,如何控制“软硬”不同持力土层的基础沉降是设计的重点。采用坐落于硅质岩上的墩基和粉质粘土中的挖孔桩共同承载的基础形式,结合地下室形成桩箱基础,解决“软硬”不同土质的不均匀沉降问题。在岩土分界线处,上部结构采用增加板厚进行刚度加强。沉降观测结果表明,基础的不均匀沉降在规范限值内,基础方案是合理的。

Abstract:The foundation design of a highrise building on old river bed is presented,
and attention to control the uneven settlements smaller than the allowable subsoil deformation is paid.As the geological structure of half of the site is soil and half is rock,the combination of pile supporting box foundation is designed as the foundation type.Several measurements are applied to increase the integral stiffness of the structure.The survey of foundation settlements proves that the foundation scheme is feasible and successful.
