[提要] 对我国建筑结构设计安全度的演变过程作了简要回顾。针对我国规范在构造规定、荷载设计值与标准值取值偏低、材料强度设计值取值偏高等问题与国外情况进行了比较,认为我国现行建筑结构设计安全度标准已不能适应我国经济社会发展的需要,应大幅度提高。结合近年来地震损失情况还提出应对“大震不倒、中震可修、小震不坏”的抗震设计原则进行重新审议。此外,还从市场经济的观点对安全度的确定原则提出了建议。

Comparing with abroad, the constructional provision and the values of design load and standard load are lower, the design strengh of material is higher, which is not suitable to circumstances now. Author puts forward the proposal that the standard of current buiding structure design safety in our country should be raised greatly and the principle of seismic design should be reexamined.
