【提要】 就某异形柱混凝土框架房屋的混凝土剥落现象进行了化学分析和试验研究，找到了混凝土剥落的原因，提出了相应的加固处理措施。施工结果表明：加固效果显著，取得了良好的经济和社会效益，可为同类现象的处理提供参考。

Abstract:The phenomena of concreteflakeoff is studied through chemistry analysis and
test research to the building nearby the sea,and the reason of concreteflakeoff is found.The measures corresponding to the result are brought forward at last, which can be the reference to the same instance. The construction shows that the strengthened measures are suitable, which gained good economical and social benefits.
