[提要]  通过对某住宅楼桩基沉降原因的分析及加固处理方案的论证，简要介绍了深填土区因回填土固结沉降而引起承载力下降的桩基加固方案选择及其处理结果，供参考。

By analysing the settlement of piled foundation of a residential building and demonstrating the project to reinforce the foundation, the selection of methods to reinforce piled foundation with reduction of capacity due to consolidation settlement of fill and the result of treatment are introduced to give reference to the similar engineering.
