[提要]  就底框架砖房桩基础抗震设计中存在的问题，从抗震设计原理出发，提出了具体解决方案和计算方法，并通过工程实例，得出了这类问题的初步结论。

Based on aseismic design principle, the author presents design and calculating method of aseismic design of pile foundation for masonry building with R C frame at bottom story. Then, preliminary results are given through the example of a practical project.
