[提要]  通过对达安花园E型楼和F型楼的基础方案比较，在控制均匀沉降的前提下，提出PHC桩和钻孔灌注桩在不同持力层共同作用的方案。

This paper introduces some problems produced by the structural design of Daan Garden. Some schemes are adopted to analyse and control the unequal settlement between prestressed concrete open-end pipe piles and existing bored piles. This paper can be used as reference.
