某七层框架结构房屋顶升纠偏加固设计

摘 要

【提要】 因黄土地基湿陷沉降,某建筑物发生了倾斜沉降,经过分析论证,采用静压桩托换实施顶升纠倾方案。设计采用400根托换桩,切割部分筏板基础,减小顶升压力。沿建筑物长度方向分三次一循环实施顶升,合理控制了顶升过程的稳定问题。该纠偏加固工程实施顺利,效果明显,解决了地基湿陷的问题,达到了纠偏的目的,证明了该顶升纠偏工程设计的合理性,可以作为同类纠偏加固工程的借鉴。

Abstract:Leaning and settlement appeared in a building for loess foundation settlement. The design method using underpinned pile for jack lifting and leaning rectification is adopted. The design had used four hundred underpinned piles, and a part of buoyant foundation was cut. The jack lifting had three times for a circle, and the stable problem of jack lifting was controlled. The engineering was  finished successfully, and it had important reference meaning.
