[提要]  介绍了混凝土中常见裂缝的种类及成因，并以乱向分布聚丙烯纤维为例，综合分析了合成纤维对混凝土中非结构性裂缝的控制机理。

Types and causes of non-structural cracks in concrete are discribed. Furthermore, principles that synthetic fibers control the non-structural cracks in concrete have been explained. The work also has signifcance on how to exactly apply the synthetic fibers in actual concrete engineering.
