[提要]  介绍了昆山嘉顿度假山庄工程预应力框架式转换层的结构设计，包括受力分析、预应力筋的布置、截面设计、模拟实际施工的分析以及抗震设计等，提出了应引起注意的几个问题及相应措施。

The structural design of prestressed concrete transfer frame for Kunshan Garden Holiday Hotelis introduced, which includes the analysis of force, the arrangement of prestressed reinforcement, the design of sections, the simulation analysis of actual construction and the seismic design. At the same time, some problems which should be paid attention to and the respective measures are put forward.
