[提要] 对多高层钢结构框架梁柱半刚性连接的形式之一——外伸端板高强螺栓节点连接的受力性能及设计方法进行了介绍和分析，认为初始连接刚度仅与节点的构造形式有关，并总结了梁外伸端板厚度的计算方法。

The mechanical property and design methods of extended end-plate hidr-strength bolted connection, which is one of the semirifjd beam-to-column cormections of nmltistory and highrise steel frame structure, are imtroduced and analysed.
