[提要]  结合实际工程分析钢筋混凝土梁酸腐蚀的机理及对结构的危害，提出了外粘钢板加固梁的设计方法与施工工艺，并对加固后的梁作新型防腐处理。

In accordance witha practical project, this paper analyses the mechanics of acid corrosion to reinforced concrete beam and the endanger to the structure. The design and construction method of steel-bonded technique to strengthen the beam are presented. The paper also discusses the repairing of the strengtherung beam with a new material of anti-corrosion.
