(西安建筑科技大学 西安 710055)[提要] 对底部两层框架一抗震墙砖房的抗震计算提出了一种实用方法。此法考虑了竖向荷载作用下托梁与上部砖墙的组合作用,以及水平地震作用下底部两层框架与抗震墙的协同工作;提出了过渡层墙体的抗震承载力和侧移刚度计算公式。方法简便实用,可供设计此类房屋时参考。
[关键词] 底部两层框架 抗震墙 砖房 抗震计算 组合作用 协同工作This paper presents a practical earthquake-resistant calculating method for brick masonry building with frame-shear wall sUucture at first two stories. The composite action of wall-beam under vertical load and the interaction of frame with shear wall under horizontal seismic load are considered. The formulas for horizontal bearing capacity and lateral stiffness of masonry wallintransition story have been developed.rlhis method is simple, practical, and could be used in aseismic desigri of such kind of structure.
