[提要]  基于砌块、砂浆、芯柱间粘结可靠且均为匀质弹性材料和受拉压应力作用的假定和对轴心受压的未灌芯和灌芯混凝土空心砌块砌体的内力、变形及破坏机理的分析，提出了砌体抗压强度表达式及其设计值，供规范修订和设计时参考。

On the basis of analysis of stress, deformation and failure mechanisms for masonry under axial compression, the formulas for calculation of compressive strength of masono and the design values have been proposed, which can provide reference for design and code modifcation.
