[提要]  简要介绍了HRB400新Ⅲ级钢筋的性能，同时还给出了HRB400新Ⅲ级钢筋在工程结构设计中的具体应用方法和代换表，可供工程设计参考。

The properties of the HRB400 are briefly introduced and some problems for use of the HRB400 are discussed in detail. The tables for replacement between  I  and newⅢgrade steel bar are put forward,
which can be reference for design.
