【提要】对苏通大桥超大住攫始啤卡在搭设过程中出现的钢管桩断裂问题进行研究,探索了超大桩起始平台用钢管桩作支撑的设计及施工方法。根据对施工方法、水文地质资料、断桩实测资料的分析,提出钢管桩在水流作用下的受力和振动分析方法,找出钢管桩断裂的主要原因是涨潮急流、涡振的反复作用,同时提出控制钢管桩破坏的措施。

Initiate Platforms Construct Method of Superbig Piles and Analysis on Causes of Broken Piles

Abstract:The broken steelpipe piles for the initiate platforms of superbig piles at the course of construct in Sutong bridge are studied,and the design and construct methods of the initiate platforms for superbig piles with the steel pipe piles are explored. According to the analysis of the construct method, hydrology and geology data, measured data of the broken piles, the method of analyzing the internal forces under flood and vibration for steel pipe piles are advanced. The main cause of broken steel pipe piles is the function of tide rushing and vortex vibration. The controlling measures are put forward.
