[提要]  介绍了世界各国规范对高层建筑结构设计位移控制的规定，论述了高层建筑顶点位移、层位移差、层间位移等的相互关系，特别是明确了层位移差与受力层间位移的区别，在此基础上，结合有关科研成果及工程设计经验，对高层建筑结构位移限值的规定提出了一些建议，可供修订规范及设计时参考。

The requirements of displacement control are introduced for highrise building in different country design codes. The relationship among top displacement, story displacement difference and interstory drift are studied and eventually the difference between story displacement difference and interstory drift is clarified. Some suggestions on displacement control are raised for reference in structural design of tall buildings as well as in relevant design code revision.
