[提要]  详细介绍了某办公楼沉管灌注桩基础的设计、工程桩的测试结果，对工程桩的质量事故原因进行了分析，并介绍了静压预制桩补强方案和补强效果。

The cause of quality accident of the driven cast-in-place pile foundation in an office building is analysed, and the strengthening scheme of using static pressure precast concrete pile and the strengthening effect are introduced for the foundation.
