[提要]  通过对南京龙江小区10幢高层基坑支护方案的争论以及基坑开挖后对支护结构的监测，分析对比了格栅式重力挡墙的支护结构的理论计算值和实测值的差异，提出了一些建议，并介绍了该工程格栅式支护结构的开挖和监测情况。

According to the discussion about the retaining structure project and the results of monitoring measure of the ten high-rise buildings in Longjiang District of Nanjing, the difference between the results from theoretic calculation and the field measure data about the geo-grid reinforced gravity soil retaining wall is discussed. Some ideas and suggestions are presented.
