[提要]  软土上的房屋纠偏设计，常采用的纠偏措施是在基础下增设锚杆静压桩。对这种措施在设计应用中的定量计算进行探讨，并基于基底弯矩平衡，给出了锚杆静压桩的实用计算公式。

The static pressure piles with anchor bars are often used in foundations of buildings which need to be rectified in soft soil area. The quantitative analysis method and design calculation of this kind of pile are presented in accordance with equilibrium condition.
