[提要]  介绍了周恩来总理专机展厅网壳的模型构造过程和优化设计结果，并对其进行了动力特性分析及其在地震作用下的反应分析，得到了一些关于网壳设计的结论，供参考。

The construct process of the model and the optimization design results of the reticulated shell of the exhibition hall for Premier Zhou Enlai's special plane in the Memorial Museum of Premier Zhou are introduced. Its dynamic characteristics and seismic response are also analyzed with Ninghe and El centro seismic wave. Some useful conclusions are presented for reference in similar project.
